Jackie Toledo, Florida State Representative, Lets the Horrors of Rape and Incest Live Through the Anti-Abortion Bill

The Florida's Anti-Abortion Bill is a slap in face of any survivor of rape or incest.  Does Jackie Toledo care? NO!! In her strange world, if you are raped or a victim of incest you should be obligated to have the baby, and live with it every day of your life.  Some uncaring Republican political women, say "give the baby up," but, then you are left with three traumas:  Once from the rape/incest, the other from carrying the baby to birth, and then what happened to the child that you gave away.  Does she care about the trauma that she is creating? NO!!

A recent Republican state candidate, Robert Regan from Minnesota said in a comment to his daughters, "if you are being raped, just lay back and enjoy it" - as reported in Newseek, 3/7/22.  Have Republican state legislators gotten so crazy, that they don't understand sexual trauma, and would Ms. Toledo care anyway? NO!!.  As you can see she is Catholic which means very little except for being an arm-chair religious hypocrite.  I know many Catholic women who understand the complications of children and sexual abuse.  However, it appears that Ms. Toledo is voting her religious mindset and not supporting her voting district or the 9th Amendment to the Constitution.  In other words, the Catholic church can hide behind pedophilia, and once again, would Ms. Toledo approve of such an action?  Perhaps so, any legislator that would put the women in her district in continuous trauma of human trafficking and sexual abuse is a menace to society.

with the "Fetal and Infant Mortality Reduction" Act 

Ms. Toledo has praised the idea that the "Fetal and Infant Mortality Reduction Act" would make women travel up to 527 miles out of the state to get medical assistance.  With that, she also liked the idea that gasoline was expensive, making it more difficult for low-income women to get the attention they need.  So in this case, she expands the trauma with expenses, and you thought Republicans were about FREEDOM.  NO!! They are about creating burdens on people that have been victimized by rape, incest and human trafficking.  

Ms. Toledo was born in Peru, so she might not understand the 9th Amendment to the Constitution, which promotes privacy.  The concept is that people have the right to have "Government Get Out -Stay Out of Personal Things that are Private".  So why did Ms. Toledo support this legislation, because she wants to control your life, and she believes she knows better than you do, even if you are raped, or a victim of incest or have been human trafficked.  She just knows better than you do!!  The laymen's wording on why did James Madison add the 9th Amendment is: They feared that the government would take all the power and oppress other people - and that is what Ms. Toledo is doing here, oppressing  other people.  So, the smile in her picture is the joy of creating pain and oppressing others that are experiencing sexual trauma.
